Is the world's first, was once the world's largest observation wheel, behind Star of Nanchang and Singapore Flyer. It opened in late 1999, with a total height of 135 meters (443 feet), erected on the south bank of the Thames in London Lambeth area, sitting facing the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben in Westminster
